Justice For Poet – Are New Jersey Officials To Blame For Dog’s Death On Her Own Property?

A CALL TO ACTION.

๐Ÿšจ POETโ€™S PAIN โ€” A CALL FOR PROSECUTION! ๐Ÿšจ

Salem, NJ โ€” April 24, 2025 โ€” another alleged disgrace against an innocent animal. Another alleged abuse of power. Another alleged plea for justice.

โš ๏ธ Did Animal Control Officer (ACO) Ned Shimp go onto Mr. Saddler’s private property without cause?

โš ๏ธ Poet was alive โ€” yet violently caught through a window with a catch pole too tight for her already compromised breathing.

โš ๏ธ Dragged across the yard, gasping.

โš ๏ธ Tethered to a metal chain, left suffering.

โš ๏ธ No immediate medical assistance provided โ€” a direct violation of New Jersey cruelty laws: causing needless suffering.

๐Ÿ‘‰ And then? Poet died.

The allegations? The laws were broken โ€” again and again:
โŒ Illegal property entry.
โŒ No 10-day rabies observation.
โŒ No impoundment facility โ€” another violation.
โŒ No emergency care.

And Salem County? โš–๏ธ Are officials turning a blind eye? They say they’re investigating. We know what that can often mean – time for the dust to settle and forget about the story.

Will This ACO must be held accountable โ€” this is allegedly NOT his first offense.

๐Ÿ‘‰ The Salem County Prosecutorโ€™s Office is now feeling the public pressure โ€” theyโ€™ve received a FLOOD of emails and calls โ€” and YES, they are investigating. But we must keep the heat on!

๐Ÿ“ข YOUR CALL TO ACTION:
