Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana – The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested 64-year-old Alfred Dyson after uncovering a dog fighting operation on Highway 10.
When officers arrived, more than a dozen people fled the scene. They found a boxing-style ring and two dogs—one in critical condition and one puppy. Dyson was arrested and is now charged with dog fighting and animal cruelty.
The investigation is ongoing.
