Allegations: Argument with dog owner; dog jumped from car, suspect allegedly kicked it and then struck it with his vehicle before fleeing 
Charges: Criminal mischief, harassment, and animal cruelty resulting in death; arrested and booked at Mesa County Detention Facility; released on $5,000 personal recognizance bond; next court date Jan. 21
