Florida content creator found guilty of making explicit videos of her and her dogs
Marion County, Florida – Here’a a story I covered since the beginning. Logan Guminski, a content creator from Florida, got caught recording and selling explicit acts involving dogs. Recently, I updated the story that court documents revealed she may change her plea and that’s exactly what happened.
The court found her guilty of unlawful sexual contact or activity with an animal as well as filming or possessing images or videos of animal sexual activity.
Logan been sentenced to three years in state prison, plus two years of probation, and she’s banned from having animals.
Under Florida law, these kinds of offenses – unlawful sexual contact with an animal and filming or possessing such content – are typically third-degree felonies. That means Guminski *could have faced up to 5 years in prison per count, along with fines up to $5,000 for each felony.
All of the dogs involved were seized by Marion County investigators. The dogs on the property, including the ones shared with her mother who also lived on the property, were taken and at last check were re-homed.
