MOM IS HOME SAFE AND SOUND. I can’t say how much WE appreciate your thoughts and prayers as my mother went through one heck of yet another health scare. I don’t know how she does it but she keeps on going by hook or by crook. I sometimes wonder what my mom would do without me at this time in her life. I’m sure she would get by but that’s not why I retired and moved back and live just 15 minutes away. It’s an experience I hear a lot from the people I meet heading to the Cape and the Vineyard. Adult children taking care of their parents. I’ve learned a lot and even though we can really bump heads because we are like 2 peas in a pod, the good news is that mom is now home safe and sound and her caregiver will be there tomorrow. Thank you again, family!

I just spoke with the hospital and the Keep Wayne Coats Sheriff. kiki is being evaluated right now, as of 4:30 pm EST Thursday, November 14th.
The sheriff’s office is not taking this lightly; they told me they’ve opened an investigation, and the former owner could face animal cruelty charges.
