Stray Rescue of St. Louis says Wallace clearly has a guardian angel. Not one bullet shattered bone. That almost never happens. From this moment on, he will only know respect, safety, and care — the Stray Rescue way.
I’ve reached out to the rescue to ask whether anyone is in custody in connection with this shooting. As of now, there is no confirmed suspect information. I’ll update as soon as I hear more.
